The doctor's office is hygiene and give you pleasant feeling.waiting time on my first and second visit is minimal ranged from < 10mins to immediate.Receptionist : They give us the entire info about the prescription clearly, when in doubt you can call them Doctor: examines clearly and explains us what is best for us, she is friendly in nature with her team and patients as well It took me 10years to get courage and get treatment for my underlying problem I haven't get it treated any where thinking that it would worsen my situation I'm still afraid what shall happen next Treatment: She made me very comfortable during the treatment and made me relaxed. I'm trying to calm down myself although its tough, we made it in the end 😃 The next day I started seeing the deposits are going away. I bombarded her with all my questions and doubts she cleared everything with an explaination and pleasant smile General: At times we have to tolerate a minimal pain We have to use the topicals prescribed by them regularly and if any irritation comes up have to inform them immediately

She is really empathetic and cares for her patients. The follow ups have been a really pleasant experience. Both the staff at the clinic are extremely professional and take good care of the clients. Overall, my experience here has been one of the best and I highly recommend this clinic .

I recently saw Dr. Mounika Ketha for dermatitis and I’m so pleased with the results. I have seen many dermatologists in the past and this was by far my best experience. *** ** **** ************* took the time to explain everything I needed to know. She also provided useful information that I should follow in order to avoid dermatitis in the future.

The best part was that I waited only 5 minutes to see her from the time I checked in with the front desk. Felt like I was treated as a valuable customer.

Staff is extremely helpful. They also followed all COVID-19 protocols!

I am very glad and lucky that I met Dr.Mounika during my skin care journey.I was having sudden adult acne and for which I met Dr.Mounika.I was so frustrated and avoid to go out due to my acne.When I met Dr. and she gave me confidence that acne will go and really it happened.Apart from that my skin became more clear and glowing.I am very thankful to mam for this.I suggest everyone who is facing any skin related issue to consult mam.Adding to this staff is also very helpful and caring and takes care of you during ur journey with mam.

My pimples have increased over the past 3 weeks and with this being the 4th week I’m still seeing an increase in pimples despite strictly following everything that Dr. suggested. *** ********* ******** ** ******** ******** ***** **** ** ****. The wait time was also ridiculously long of over 1 hour. Understand that it was a festival day but we could have been told that prior to the appointment. Doctor however was friendly and listened patiently to all concerns but the treatment wasn’t beneficial for me

I had severe acne and dandruff issues suffering from long time. Dr. Mounika addressed the issue exactly which helped me a lot. She is so friendly and listened my concern with lot of patience. She asked questions to know the root cause of the issue which impressed me a lot, explained clearly about the problem and suggested the required medication. Got good results, my skin and dandruff is under control. I highly recommend her to others. Definitely I give 5 star rating to her patience.

One of the best dermatologists i have seen, been and treated by. Dr. Mounika has been a very friendly doc in providing the best suggestions for the problem i came to her with. Her treatment and the proper medical suggestion helped me cure the issue to an extent I didn’t imagine would be so fast. Definitely would suggest the clinic for your skin and hair issues.

The doctor is very humble and listens to the patient and their problems. She explained me my issues / problems I have with my skin. Gave medication according to it and also suggested the treatments I can undergo.
